Reliable backup power without emissions.
Hydrogen fuel-cell backup that steps in when supply fails. Quiet, clean at the point of use and built on the same modular approach as our prime power.
In development, target availability 2028.

Backup power is a data center’s last line of defence. Today that usually means diesel generators.
Diesel brings fuel to store on site, regular test runs, and noise and exhaust every time the engines start. As sites grow and neighbors and permits ask for more, that trade-off becomes harder to accept.
HELINOR’s backup power replaces the combustion engine with hydrogen fuel cells. They wait on standby and take over when the supply fails, quietly and with no CO₂, NOₓ or SOₓ from the fuel-cell reaction.
Hydrogen storage on site, sized to the backup duration your site needs.
Fuel-cell modules that respond quickly when the normal supply drops.
Coordinated with your site’s backup system, so operations continue.
Low-noise operation, also during testing.
No on-site CO₂ and no diesel to store.
Modular capacity, with duration set by storage.
We prepare a preliminary configuration for your site: the hydrogen need, a budget estimate, and how it works with your existing backup system or with HELINOR prime power on the same site.
