Privacy policy.

This website is operated by HELINOR Energy AS, Øyrane 12, 6800 Førde, Norway, organisation number NO 830 240 802 MVA. We collect as little personal data as the site needs to work.

What we collect

  • Contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: name, company, email address, the reason for your contact and your message, and for power projects the power requirement and duty. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to follow up the project you describe.
  • Job applications. If you contact us about a career and attach a CV, the file is stored with your contact record in our customer relationship system and used only to assess your application.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address to send you updates from HELINOR. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by writing to us.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. This data is not used to identify you.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set tracking cookies and does not use advertising or analytics services that profile visitors.

Who processes the data

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system, provided by HubSpot, Inc. Both act as data processors for HELINOR Energy AS and may process data on servers outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows from it. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to support@helinorenergy.com. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
